Realaddressstone.com products ship UPS Standard Ground. We aim to complete engravings and ship product no later than 2 business days from order submission. It typically takes UPS 2-4 days to complete delivery, depending on the delivery location. Realaddressstones.com does not ship to PO boxes.

Returns

Due to the custom nature of our products, Realaddressstones.com does not accept returns. If there is a quality or accuracy issue with your order, please send a picture of of the problem to contact@realstoneengravers.com. After reviewing and confirming the issue, we will offer you a rush replacement at no cost or cancel and refund the order at the discretion of Realaddressstones.com.

Product Damaged During Shipping

Unfortunately address stones are challenging to ship and can be susceptible to damage. In such cases, please send a picture of the damaged stone and its box ASAP to contact@realstoneengravers.com. If you can demonstrate damaged pieces in the box, that's even better.

We will submit a claim to the carrier for reimbursement and send you a replacement stone immediately.

Refunds

Realaddressstones.com guarantees that your product matches order details. If we fail to fulfill order requirements, Realaddressstones.com will request a picture of the issue be emailed to contact@realstoneengravers.com. After reviewing and confirming the issue, we will offer you a rush replacement at no cost or cancel and refund the order at the discretion of Realaddressstones.com.
